Jigsaw Finance Review Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Jigsaw Finance Limited, Genesis Centre, Innovation Way, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST6 4BF (company number 04029232). Jigsaw Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 679612) and acts as a credit broker, not a lender.

2. Who can enter
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

You must have had a genuine interaction with Jigsaw Finance in relation to vehicle finance (for example, a completed agreement or an application handled by us).

Employees, directors, agents of Jigsaw Finance and their immediate family/household members, and anyone professionally connected with this prize draw, cannot enter.

3. Promotion periods
The prize draw runs in quarterly periods:

1 January – 31 March

1 April – 30 June

1 July – 30 September

1 October – 31 December

Only reviews submitted during a given quarter will be entered into the draw for that quarter.

4. How to enter
To enter, leave an honest review about your experience with Jigsaw Finance on one of the following during a promotion quarter:

Trustpilot: our profile at https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/jigsawfinance.com

Google Reviews: our Jigsaw Finance Google Business profile.

Your review must:

Be based on your genuine experience with Jigsaw Finance.

Follow Trustpilot or Google’s own rules and content policies.

Not contain anything unlawful, offensive or inappropriate.

You do not have to pay to enter, there is no fee and leaving a review does not affect your finance agreement. This is a free prize draw, not a lottery.

Entry limits:

Maximum one entry per person per platform per quarter (one Trustpilot and one Google entry per quarter).

Multiple reviews on the same platform in the same quarter will count as one entry.

Entries made via scripts, macros or automated systems, or on behalf of another person, will not be counted.

5. The prize
In each quarter, one winner will receive £100 (one hundred pounds).

The prize will be paid by bank transfer or another reasonable method chosen by Jigsaw Finance.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If needed, we may substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value.

6. How the winner is chosen
Within 14 days of the end of each quarter, we will create a list of all eligible entries from Trustpilot and Google Reviews for that quarter.

One winner will then be selected at random from that list using an automated random selection process, so each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.

7. Contacting the winner and claiming the prize
We will contact the winner within 14 days of the draw by email, phone or SMS using the contact details we hold on our customer records.

We may ask the winner to confirm their identity, eligibility and provide a UK bank account for payment.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of our first attempt to contact them, or if we cannot verify eligibility, we may disqualify that winner and draw a replacement from the remaining eligible entries for that quarter.

We aim to pay the prize within 30 days of successfully confirming the winner’s details.

8. Fair play and disqualification
We may refuse entries, or withdraw the prize, if we reasonably believe that:

The review does not relate to a genuine experience with Jigsaw Finance.

The review breaks Trustpilot or Google rules, or contains unlawful, defamatory or offensive content.

Someone has tried to cheat or interfere with the draw (for example, by creating multiple fake accounts or reviews).

9. Publicity
We may publish the winner’s first name, first initial of surname and general location (for example, “Alex W, Manchester”) on our website or social channels to confirm that a valid prize has been awarded.

We will not publish full names or contact details without the winner’s consent.

We may ask the winner to take part in reasonable publicity (such as a short testimonial), but this is entirely optional.

10. How we use your data
We will use your personal data (such as name, contact details and, for the winner, bank details) to run the prize draw, contact the winner and arrange payment of the prize.

We may share your data with trusted third parties where needed to operate the prize draw or fulfil the prize (for example, email or payment providers), under appropriate safeguards.

We will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy, which you can read at https://www.jigsawfinance.com/privacy-policy.

11. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for:

any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable;

entries which are lost, delayed or not properly received because of technical issues, network problems, or failures of Trustpilot, Google or other third-party systems.

12. Changes to the prize draw
We intend to run this as a free prize draw under the Gambling Act 2005 and in line with the UK CAP Code rules on prize promotions.

We may suspend, amend or end the prize draw (or these terms) if we need to, for example if laws, regulatory guidance or platform rules change, or if there are events outside our reasonable control.

If we do make changes, we will always honour any valid prizes that have already been won.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
